• The magnetic field due to I1 will cause the current I2 to be attracted to the left.
  • The magnetic field due to I2 will cause the current I1 to be attracted to the right.
  • If the current is in the same direction in two parallel wires, there is a force of attraction. Currents that flow together go together.
